Blackstone's big brother next door. Lava Fields is the second championship course at Mission Hills Haikou — the same black volcanic rock, but on a bigger canvas: wide fairways, enormous sand waste areas, and a layout that stretches to 7,475 yards from the back tees. Black rock and white sand frame nearly every hole, and the scale of the place is unlike anything else in Asia. If you're already at Mission Hills for Blackstone, this is the second round you don't skip.

A coastal links shaped by sand dunes, ocean wind, and the South China Sea. Few golf courses in China have a setting like this — built along the coast with natural sand dunes, dramatic bunkers, and wide-open ocean views, it delivers a true links experience with a tropical island edge. Sanya's headland course — sea on one side, mountain on the other. Eighteen holes draped across the Lu Hui Tou peninsula, between the South China Sea and the green mountain ridge.
